How We Get Paid

We are a performance based company who collects a weekly fee for the management of your exit strategy, and a bonus, when it comes out of inventory, or there is another negotiated outcome that we have been involved with. We are not attorneys, but we have, probably, more experience with contracts than most you will ever hire. Our weekly fees depend on your case load. We will be at your Board meetings to give a report, and we will be monitored, as we do not get paid our weekly fee if we do not turn in our reports. We have firsthand knowledge in California, Texas, Florida, Montana, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. We will go to all states except Hawaii or Alaska.

How the bonus works. We realize that if we were in this situation, the quicker we are able to get the property off the books, the faster the money is able to start earning interest. That is why we are a performance based company with a sliding scale of fees. We get paid by any of the following happening; either the property is sold, or it’s transferred, or another personal guarantee is in place to a new borrower/client. Speed, efficiency, detail, organization, and successes, all play an integral part in this process.

The reason we are able to be here is because of all of our “at bats” in life. We are out there doing it everyday, we are not just stuck in an office, sitting back, and watching the day go by. We are team players who understand that this is not your money that we are dealing with here. This is your client’s monies and they have entrusted your bank to manage its funds in the best way possible. We are not “wholesalers” nor do we “dump” the properties. We squeeze every dime we can that makes sense to fight for. Some properties need to be off your books as they are a huge capitol expense to hold. Other ones, you are able to keep in your inventory and “hold” onto until next year, when it will make better sense to sell them. The bottom line… is we work with you as part of the team, to accomplish your company’s goals in an efficient and timely manner as time is money.
